Hello, I'm Ashly!!
As a Functional Medicine Health and Wellness coach at 321 Fitness and Nutrition, I am dedicated to empowering clients to achieve lasting, positive changes through an integrative and personalized approach.
Rooted in the 321 methodologies, my work focuses on exploring the underlying factors of health challenges and guiding individuals in a judgment-free and collaborative environment while offering a simple and approachable method for long term success.

While I do not diagnose or prescribe, I work closely with medical professionals and other experts to ensure clients receive comprehensive support. My coaching emphasizes self-accountability, aligning with our gym’s core value of sustainable, transformative health practices. Together, we utilize efficient strategies to address key wellness areas such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and inflammation reduction
My Story
My wellness story began over 20 years ago. I believed in a better and healthier world for my family. I began my studies and research into a more holistic type of lifestyle. With lots of trial and error I found the best nutrition for each of them and myself. ​

I then expanded my knowledge to the fitness world, and opened 3 gyms helping others find their healthier journey. It was then I realized that there is a need for everyone to receive the individual guidance of a professional. So, I began my professional studies in health and wellness to become a Functional Health and Wellness Coach. ​
The internet is full of gurus who claim to have the next best thing and cure all for weight loss. The truth is nutrition is individual to each person and must be treated as such. The complexity is vast, that is why we created our programs for you.
